文摘从姬松茸(Agaricus blazei)发酵液中分离纯化获得其主要成分多糖(AbEXP1-a),对其进行紫外扫描、元素分析和常规化理性分析,发现该多糖属于水溶性多糖,其中包含结合态蛋白,不与有机溶剂相溶,与乙醇、甲醇微溶;用HPLC法对多糖进行检测,得到多糖分子量,其保留时间为15.09 min,与标准曲线比较,得出其分子量为50 k D。用姬松茸发酵液多糖对小鼠进行了抗疲劳作用检测,其血红蛋白变化不突出;大负荷定量运动后,多糖组血尿氮含量为(7.84±1.45)mmoL·mL-1,血乳酸含量为(4.67±0.99)mmoL·mL-1,均比对照组低;多糖组力竭游泳时间(47.95±7.16)min,明显比对照组长。结果显示姬松茸胞内多糖具有较强的抗疲劳作用。
