In recent years, it has been found that STAT3 signaling pathway plays an important role in the occurrence and development of hypertension. Studies have shown that the STAT3 signaling pathway has the effect of delaying and treating hypertension, because of its regulation of gene expression and cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, immune response, inflammation, and other effects. In this paper, the relationship between STAT3 signaling pathway and hypertension is elaborated, and the traditional Chinese medicine monomers and compound prescriptions that regulate STAT3 signaling pathway are summarized, in order to provide reference and ideas for the prevention and treatment of hypertension by traditional Chinese medicine.展开更多
