文摘肩关节周围炎祖国医学称之为“肩凝症”、“冻结肩”。临床症状以早期肩部疼痛,晚期肩关节功能障碍为主。笔者1987年以来,将136例肩关节周围炎患者,随机分为齐刺温针法治疗组(简称治疗组)、穴位注射对照组(简称对照组 A)和单针刺法对照组(简称对照组 B),结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 A 和对照组B,现报告如下。
