护患沟通对住院病人焦虑、抑郁及满意度影响的研究 被引量:12

[目的]探讨护患沟通对住院病人焦虑抑郁及护理满意度的影响。[方法]以某综合医院最近1个月不同科室的住院病人为干预对象,采用自身前后对照方法,比较干预前后住院病人焦虑、抑郁和护理满意度得分的情况。[结果]干预前调查病人共544例,... [目的]探讨护患沟通对住院病人焦虑抑郁及护理满意度的影响。[方法]以某综合医院最近1个月不同科室的住院病人为干预对象,采用自身前后对照方法,比较干预前后住院病人焦虑、抑郁和护理满意度得分的情况。[结果]干预前调查病人共544例,焦虑、抑郁得分分别为9.32分±3.21分、9.38分±3.49分、护理满意度评分为93.72分±6.32分;干预后调查病人共483例,焦虑、抑郁得分分别为5.73分±3.05分、5.39分±4.31分,护理满意度评分为96.75分±3.37分。干预前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后病人对护理满意度明显提高。[结论]良好的护患沟通能减轻住院病人焦虑抑郁状况,满足病人身心需求,提高医院的护理满意度。 展开更多

The metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have the characteristics of high porosity and crystallinity,which also makes MOFs have the advantages of high sensitivity,high selectivity and high efficiency in the field of fluorescence sensing.It can detect the target substance efficiently and quickly,and has excellent anti-interference.Therefore,MOFs materials are also considered as ideal materials for fluorescence sensors.This paper introduces three common preparation methods of MOFs materials:hydrothermal/solvothermal method,mechanochemical method and microwave method.We focus on the application status of MOFs materials in the three fluorescence sensing fields of small molecules,metal cations and inorganic anions,as well as the shortcomings and improvement methods of MOFs materials in this application field.Finally,in view of the shortcomings of MOFs materials in the field of fluorescence sensing,such as poor stability,fluorescence quenching phenomenon susceptible to environmental interference,etc.,it is proposed that more in-depth research should be carried out in the future in terms of anti-interference and reuse of MOFs materials. 展开更多
