[目的]明确植入式静脉输液港(VPA)与经外周穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)对乳腺癌病人的应用效果。[方法]检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国科技期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、Web of Science和Elsevier Scien...[目的]明确植入式静脉输液港(VPA)与经外周穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)对乳腺癌病人的应用效果。[方法]检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国科技期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、Web of Science和Elsevier Science,收集2015年之前国内公开发表的关于植入式静脉输液港与PICC对乳腺癌病人应用效果比较的相关文献资料。并通过"滚雪球"方式,追查纳入文献的后附参考文献。应用RevMan5.3软件进行分析。[结果]共纳入16篇文献,Meta分析结果显示:采用VPA化疗的病人并发症明显少于PICC组;两种置管方式一次性置管成功率比较无统计学意义;静脉输液港的留置时间要明显比PICC长,而且采用静脉输液港化疗的乳腺癌病人的生活质量明显好于PICC病人。[结论]对于需长期化疗的乳腺病人,推荐使用VPA。护理人员要加强导管的护理,以减少病人并发症的发生,提高病人生活质量。展开更多
