文摘数据驱动学习(Data-driven Learning简称DDL)是信息化教学模式中基于资源的一种教学模式,是一种新的基于语料库数据的外语学习方法。DDL可以为生词提供众多语境接触(Contextual Encounter)而这点被认为是词汇学习的重要条件。另外,语料库特有的KWIC(KeyWord in Context)关键词索引行呈现方式有关某一语言项目的大量示例可以扩大学习者的词汇量和提高他们对语言型式的关注程度。本文以近义词chance和opportunity为例通过对学习者语料库CLEC中chance和opportunity的检索发现DDL能够有效地促进词汇深度知识的自主学习、发现式学习。
