The alterations of L-type calcium channel abundance and function in cardiac hypertrophy and heart failure are determined by the the species difference, especially by the stage of the disease process and the degree of the disease. Both abundance and function of L-type calcium channel decrease in severe hypertrophy and heart failure.展开更多

文摘目的 观察血红蛋白氧合酶 1( HO 1)在急性心肌梗死中的表达情况。方法 选择急性心肌梗死确诊病例 4 5例及经冠状动脉造影确诊的非心肌梗死冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者 5 0例作为研究对象 ,以冠状动脉造影正常的 4 0例患者作为正常对照组。利用免疫组化方法对心绞痛患者外周血单个核细胞中HO 1的表达进行定位分析 ,并通过计算机图像分析系统分析 HO 1表达的程度及强度。通过 Western blot对 HO 1表达水平进行定量分析。结果 HO 1表达于胞浆。冠心病患者 HO 1表达水平高于对照组 ,急性心肌梗死患者 HO 1表达明显高于非心肌梗死冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 急性心肌梗死时 ,HO
