通过“原位极化/溶胶凝胶化过程”,设计并制备了一种高性能的自组装的交联二阶非线性光学(SHG/NLO)膜,其SHG系数d_33为2×10~7e.s.u.(红外二向色性法).由于非线性发色团N-(4-硝基苯基)-L-脯胺醇(NPP)以分子水平分散在膜中,所以NPP... 通过“原位极化/溶胶凝胶化过程”,设计并制备了一种高性能的自组装的交联二阶非线性光学(SHG/NLO)膜,其SHG系数d_33为2×10~7e.s.u.(红外二向色性法).由于非线性发色团N-(4-硝基苯基)-L-脯胺醇(NPP)以分子水平分散在膜中,所以NPP含量在高达50%摩尔比时仍不分相析出,呈均匀、透明的硬膜.采用红外(IR)、原子力显微镜(AFM)及示差扫描量热(DSC)等方法对所设计的“笼”包容NPP的超分子结构进行了表征.紫外光谱法研究表明,题述膜的SHG光学系数d_33在65℃,20d仍能保持95%的初始值. 展开更多

The structure and macromolecular regularity were characterized by IR, X-ray diffraction, and ^(29)Si-NMR spectroscopy. The thermal property was studied by TGA and DSC. 展开更多

Soluble, high molecular weight (MW) and ladderlike polyphenylsilsesquioxane (LPPSQ) and its copolymers, ladderlike random and block copolymethyiphenylsilsesquioxanes(LR-PMPSQ and LB-PMPSQ)have been prepared by preammi... Soluble, high molecular weight (MW) and ladderlike polyphenylsilsesquioxane (LPPSQ) and its copolymers, ladderlike random and block copolymethyiphenylsilsesquioxanes(LR-PMPSQ and LB-PMPSQ)have been prepared by preamminolysis, hydrolysis and polycondensation reactions. The preparation method can be carried out easily at the temperature below 95℃ with high yield of 95 %, instead of the conventional way by using high-boiling solvent and any reaction activator or by precipitation with methanol. Three kinds of ladderlike polymers have been characterized. The MW's of the polymers reached to 10~6 without noticeable gelling. The scheme for synthetic route has been proposed. 展开更多

A novel self-assembling crosslinking second harmonic generation nonlinear optical (SHG/NLO) film with high SHG coefficient (2×10-7 e.s,u.by IR dichroism) was prepared by morecular design and "in-situ poling and sol-gel process".The content of the NLO chromophore (S)-(-)-1-(4)-mtrophenyl-2-pyrrolidinemethanol (NPP) is as high as 50 mol% since NPP molecules probably disperse in the film at a molecular level The film is rigid,uni form and transparent.This designed clathrate supermolecular structure was poved by IR,atomic force microseopv (AFM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) detection.The title film exhibits a long-term temporal stability with 95% of the initial value of SHG coefficient maintained even after 20 d at 65℃(by UV spectroscopy) 展开更多

A new type of palladium chelate of β-diketone-based side chain liquid crystal polysiloxane (Pd-DKLCP) has been synthesized by chelation reaction of palladium dichloride with polymeric ligand, β-diketone polysiloxane... A new type of palladium chelate of β-diketone-based side chain liquid crystal polysiloxane (Pd-DKLCP) has been synthesized by chelation reaction of palladium dichloride with polymeric ligand, β-diketone polysiloxane (DKLCP), using THF as solvent at R.T.. The Pd-chelation results in greatly increasing the phase transition temperature T_K and the enthalpy change △H_K from crystal to liquid crystal state and making the temperature range of LC state △T(△T=T_(Cl)-T_K) widened. All these chelates Pd-DKLCP's do not show T_(Cl) until decomposition at 205℃. It is noteworthy that the Pd-chelation can exert more positive effect on the mesomorphic behaviour of the polymer ligand than the counterpart Cu-DKLCP does. It is probable due to the bigger size of disc-like mesogen formed from β-diketone and Pd^(+2) ion with 4d orbital. 展开更多
