为探讨乳香精油的抗抑郁作用及其可能机制,以慢性轻度不可预见性应激方法建立小鼠抑郁症模型,造模同时每日灌胃给药。用旷场实验、悬尾实验、强迫游泳实验对小鼠进行行为学评测,并用高效液相——电化学方法检测小鼠大脑内5-HT含量。试... 为探讨乳香精油的抗抑郁作用及其可能机制,以慢性轻度不可预见性应激方法建立小鼠抑郁症模型,造模同时每日灌胃给药。用旷场实验、悬尾实验、强迫游泳实验对小鼠进行行为学评测,并用高效液相——电化学方法检测小鼠大脑内5-HT含量。试验显示,0.1、0.2 m L/100 g的乳香精油可不同程度地改善小鼠的行为学行为,显著提高小鼠脑内的5-HT含量(P<0.05)。乳香精油具有抗抑郁作用,对中枢单胺类神经递质5-HT的调节是其作用机制之一。 展开更多

目的:拟通过此次研究探索中药热敷包联合产后康复治疗仪对产后乳汁淤积的临床疗效。方法:将2019年7月—2021年12月间在武汉市第二中医医院收治的产后乳汁淤积产妇120名,按随机数表法分为对照组、产后康复治疗仪治疗组、中药热敷包治疗... 目的:拟通过此次研究探索中药热敷包联合产后康复治疗仪对产后乳汁淤积的临床疗效。方法:将2019年7月—2021年12月间在武汉市第二中医医院收治的产后乳汁淤积产妇120名,按随机数表法分为对照组、产后康复治疗仪治疗组、中药热敷包治疗组、中药热敷包联合产后康复治疗仪治疗组4组,每组30例。记录患者在治疗前后乳房疼痛评分、乳房硬度评分、泌乳通畅度评分、乳房肿块大小评分,并进行统计分析,比较4组间的疗效差异。结果:对照组总有效率43.33%(13/30),产后康复治疗仪治疗组总有效率80.00%(24/30),中药热敷包治疗组总有效率83.33%(25/30),联合治疗组总有效率93.33%(28/30),总疗效比较,可认为中药热敷包联合产后康复治疗仪对产后乳汁淤积更有效。结论:中药热敷包联合产后康复治疗仪治疗优于单用产后康复治疗仪或中药热敷包治疗,在改善乳房局部肿痛及肿块硬度、大小等方面,更具优势,疗效更佳,值得推广。 展开更多

金铃子散合四逆散加减治疗子宫内膜异位症致不孕的效果及E2、FSH水平影响分析

子宫内膜异位症致不孕患者实施金铃子散合四逆散加减治疗,探究其治疗效果,并分析对E2、FSH水平的影响。方法 摘选2020年12月--2021年12月入院治疗的120例患者为研究对象,确诊为子宫内膜异位症致不孕疾病,患者分组依据为抽签方式,每组中... 子宫内膜异位症致不孕患者实施金铃子散合四逆散加减治疗,探究其治疗效果,并分析对E2、FSH水平的影响。方法 摘选2020年12月--2021年12月入院治疗的120例患者为研究对象,确诊为子宫内膜异位症致不孕疾病,患者分组依据为抽签方式,每组中均纳入60例,观察组中患者采用金铃子散合四逆散加减治疗,对照组中患者采用常规西药治疗。将组间患者治疗后的数据展开对比分析。结果 治疗效果数据研究组比对照组高;并发症百分比为研究组比对照组低,P<0.05,有统计学意义。治疗之前,临床症状与E2、FSH、LH水平对比无差异性,P>0.05。治疗之后,患者的E2、FSH、LH水平均为观察组比对照组低;患者的痛经、乳房痛以及月经有血块症状等评分则是对照组高于观察组,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 应用金铃子散合四逆散加减治疗后,可提升临床治疗效果,并改善患者激素水平,降低并发症占比,值得推广与应用。 展开更多

We study the dynamics of the quantum steering between two separated qubits trapped in a one-dimensional plasmonic waveguide.By numerical methods,we calculate the quantum steerability and other quantum correlations,i.e.,entanglement,discord,and coherence,for both cases with and without laser driving fields.It is found that steerability may exhibit a sudden disappearance and sudden reappearance phenomenon.Specifically,there exist time windows with no steerability but finite entanglement.The effects of plasmon wavenumber and the distance between the two qubits on steerability are also examined.Furthermore,we show that quantum steerability is tunable by adjusting the laser driving fields. 展开更多

Negativity of Quantumness and Non-Markovianity in a Qubit Coupled to a Thermal Ising Spin Bath System

We propose a scheme to characterize the non-Markovian dynamics and quantify the non-Markovianity via the non-classicality measured by the negativity of quantumness. By considering a qubit in contact with a critical Ising spin bath and introducing an ancilla, we show that revivals of negativity of quantumness indicate the non-Markovian dynamics.Furthermore, a normalized measure of non-Markovianity based on the negativity of quantumness is introduced and the influences of bath criticality, bath temperature and bath size on the non-Markovianity are discussed. It is shown that,at the critical point, the decay of non-Markovianity versus the size of spin bath is the fastest and the non-Markovianity is exactly zero only in the thermodynamic limit. Besides, non-trivial behaviours of negativity of quantumness such as sudden change, double sudden changes and keeping constant are found for different relations between parameters of the initial state. Finally, how the non-classicality of the system is affected by a series of bang-bang pulses is also examined. 展开更多

We study three important measurements used to identify the quantum correlations between two quantum dots (QDs) mediated by a pair of Majorana fermions (MFs) in a superconducting quantum wire. We find that, in addition to the quantum discord, the robustness of coherence (ROC) can also be considered as a quantity to measure the quantum correlation for the special case where the quantum entanglement is vanishing. For comparison, we study the quantum correlation between two QDs mediated by other fermions, i.e., regular fermions and superconducting fermions. We find that, when the quantum entanglement is not vanishing, i.e., the concurrence is finite, the detailed difference between the concurrence and ROC can be considered as an important implication for the existence of MFs. 展开更多

We investigate the behavior of quantum dissonance in the anti-ferromagnetic XXZ spin S = 1/2 chain, which exhibits a quantum phase transition. Based on a unified view of quantum and classical correlations, quantum dissonance is analytically calculated and is compared with entanglement, discord, and classical correlations for the ground state of the system. It is found that the nearest-neighbor quantum dissonance achieves an extremum and exhibits the sharpest change at the critical point. Therefore, quantum dissonance may serve as a more efficient indicator of quantum phase transitions in the XXZ spin chain. 展开更多

In this work, we study the quantum steering in two-qubit Heisenberg models with Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya(DM)interaction and an external magnetic field. We find that the steerable weight(SW) and the critical temperature where SW → 0 can be enhanced by the DM interactions. In the special case where the magnetic field is vanishing and the two spins are ferromagnetically coupled, the DM interaction can tune the zero-temperature SW from zero to a finite value. In addition to the SW, some other measurements used to identify the quantum entanglement and quantum correlations are investigated, i.e., the concurrence, the quantum discord, and the robustness of coherence. In the strong magnetic field limit,our results show that the SW is dramatically different from the other measurements. 展开更多

高可靠性已成为大功率半导体激光器实用化的重要指标之一,而寿命预测是大功率半导体激光器可靠性评估的首要环节。文中提出了一种双应力交叉步进加速退化的试验方法,对830 nm F-mount封装的大功率半导体激光器进行了四种不同的双应力条... 高可靠性已成为大功率半导体激光器实用化的重要指标之一,而寿命预测是大功率半导体激光器可靠性评估的首要环节。文中提出了一种双应力交叉步进加速退化的试验方法,对830 nm F-mount封装的大功率半导体激光器进行了四种不同的双应力条件A[22℃,1.4 A],B[42℃,1.4 A],C[42℃,1.8 A],D[62℃,1.8 A]下的电流-温度交叉步进加速退化试验研究,对光输出功率退化轨迹进行拟合,按照80%功率退化作为失效判据,结合修正后的艾琳模型和威布尔分布外推得到器件在正常工作条件下的平均失效时间(MTTF)为5811 h。文中给出了完整的加速退化模型建立过程与详细的外推寿命计算方法,并对模型进行了准确性检验,误差不超过10%。该方法相比单应力恒定加速试验方法,可以大幅度节约试验时间和试验成本,这对于大功率半导体激光器的自主研制具有重要的指导意义。 展开更多
