The process of preparing (CH3SO3)2Cu·5H2O with red copper and the aqueous solution of CH3SO3H,that is air oxidation method,was developed.If the reaction rate equation is r=kαSCuβγ,the α≈2,β≈05,γ≈-05,k(333K)≈119×105g·L15·mol-15·m-1·min-1,k(353K)≈1213×105g·L15·mol-15·m-1·min-1 and Ea=4976kJ·mol-1 are obtained by experimental method.On the basis of above-experimented results the optimum reaction conditions are:reaction temperature is 353K,P(O2)≥128kPa,≤05mol·L-1 and dCu≤246μm.The high purity (CH3SO3)2Cu·5H2O,which can be used in the electroplating,is got. 展开更多
