目的探讨快速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)理念应用于腹腔镜保胆手术患者围手术期的临床价值。方法分析2017年3月至2019年3月90例腹腔镜保胆手术患者的临床资料,其中52例围手术期采用ERAS方案(ERAS组),38例围手术期...目的探讨快速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)理念应用于腹腔镜保胆手术患者围手术期的临床价值。方法分析2017年3月至2019年3月90例腹腔镜保胆手术患者的临床资料,其中52例围手术期采用ERAS方案(ERAS组),38例围手术期采用传统方案(对照组)。比较两组患者相关临床指标。结果两组患者术前临床资料具有可比性。与对照组比较,ERAS组手术时间、术后第1天WBC正常例数均无统计学差异(P>0.05),但下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、恢复普通饮食时间、切口疼痛评分3分以上例数、住院时间、住院费用、手术并发症均较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),而住院满意度明显升高(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜保胆手术患者围手术期应用ERAS理念可以有效地缩短住院时间、降低住院费用、减少手术并发症,从而加快患者的康复。展开更多

[Method] GEO was extracted from ginger roots by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) method. The effects of flow rate of CO2, mesh size of ginger powder and volume of entrainer were investigated by single-factor experiments and response surface method. The content and extraction rate of 6-gingerol represented the extraction index of GEO. [Result] The conditions were optimized as follows: flow rate of CO2 at 25 L/h, mesh size of ginger power of 80 mesh, and volume of anhydrous ethanol as entrainer of 92.46 ml. The optimal extraction rate of 6-gingerol was 3.21%, which was predicted by RSM. [Conclusion] The optimal process of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of ginger essential oil was identified by singlefactor experiments and response surface method. The present study provides a satisfactory method for purifying GEO from ginger for industrial purpose.展开更多

[Method] The effects of solid-liquid ratio, heating tempera- ture and cooling temperature on sesamin recrystallization were investigated by sin- gle-factor experiments and orthogonal array testing (ORT). The purity of resulting sesamJn was investigated by HPLC, [Result] The optimal conditions for the purifica- tion of sesamin were solid-liquid ratio of 1:10, heating temperature of 45 ℃ and cooling temperature of 25 ℃. Under these conditions, the purity of sesamin reached 95.26%. [Conclusion] Recrystallization is an effective technique to purify sesamin from sesame meal. Moreover, HPLC is also an ideal method for analyzing the purity of sesamin.展开更多
