总结妇科肿瘤患者术后留置导尿管管理的最佳证据,为临床医务人员开展规范化的护理提供依据。方法 系统检索国内外循证资源及文献数据库中所有关于留置导尿管管理的循证证据,包括指南、系统评价、证据总结、最佳证据等。结果 共纳入相关...总结妇科肿瘤患者术后留置导尿管管理的最佳证据,为临床医务人员开展规范化的护理提供依据。方法 系统检索国内外循证资源及文献数据库中所有关于留置导尿管管理的循证证据,包括指南、系统评价、证据总结、最佳证据等。结果 共纳入相关文献7篇,总结出留置导尿管管理的最佳证据12条,通过对证据进行归纳分析,最终形成对于留置导尿管的患者,应制定计划拔管时间、设置导尿管医嘱提醒/停止系统、每日两次用灭菌注射用水清洁导尿管及周围区域、拔除导尿管的患者应尽早(第一次自主排尿后)进行残余尿的测定、医护人员每年进行导尿管相关知识的培训共5个维度的最佳证据。结论 医护人员可依据本次最佳证据总结及实际情况改善导尿管管理实践,提高导尿管管理的有效性以及医护人员之间的协作性,从而改善妇科肿瘤导尿管置管患者的相关结局。 关键词:妇科肿瘤;留置导尿管;管理;最佳证据 中图分类号:R47 Summary of the best evidence of indwelling catheter management after gynecological tumor surgery XU Huiwei GOU Zhennan Fudan University Affiliated Cancer Hospital, Shanghai 200032 Abstract:Objective To summarize the best evidence on the management of urinary catheters of gynecological oncology post-operative patients thereby providing basis for standardized nursing.Methods We searched evidence-based databases both domestic and abroad and other literature databases for all the best evidences including guidelines, systematic reviews, evidence summarizes and best practices on the management of urinary catheters.Results Seven literatures were included in this evidence summarize.Then wesummed up 12 evidences and categorized them into 5 dimensions of recommendations, including a removal plan and a stop order system is in place for patients with urinary catheterization,doing daily hygiene twice a day with sterilized injection water, trail of void should be done 展开更多
