This paper focuses on the time s...The unique regional climate characteristics are among the main reasons for the frequent wind-sand activity in arid and cold areas in the agro-pastoral ecotone in Inner Mongolia, China. This paper focuses on the time series of temperature and precipitation in spring when sandstorms often occur in the area. Based on meteorological data for a 46-year period from 1959 to 2004, multi-scale variations and abrupt changes in temperature and precipitation were analyzed with the Mexican hat function (MHF) wavelet method, showing the multi-scale variation characteristics of temperature and precipitation, as well as the periods and change points at different time scales. The relationship between temperature and precipitation was obtained using the wavelet analysis method. Obvious staggered features of the variations of spring temperature and precipitation were observed in this agro-pastoral ecotone. The strongest oscillation periods of spring temperature variations were 1 and 22 years, while for precipitation, the strongest oscillation periods of variations were 2, 8, and 22 years. In addition, lower spring temperature corresponded to lower precipitation, whereas higher temperature yielded higher precipitation rate.展开更多

The major function oriented zoning plays a role in spatial coordination mainly' by spatial guidance and restriction, so. the proposal of major function oriented zoning gives a new train of thought to generate a coordination evaluation of economy-society and the resource-environment system, From the view of major function oriented zoning that considers resource environmental bearing capacity, existing development density and development potential, this paper constructs an index system and model of coordination evahtation with a case study on Pearl River Delta. The results have shown: (I) It can reveal the conflicts of economic-social development and resource-environment quality to ac- curately consider resource environmental bearing capacity, existing development densio~ and development po- tential; (2) The coordination degree between social-economy system and resource-environment system in Pearl River Delta continued to decline in the past 10 years. Ta-W alloys have unique properties but their applications at high temperatures are restricted due to their poor oxidation resistances.The addition of Al and Ti decreases the oxidation rate of the alloy,as Al-contained...Ta-W alloys have unique properties but their applications at high temperatures are restricted due to their poor oxidation resistances.The addition of Al and Ti decreases the oxidation rate of the alloy,as Al-contained protective oxide layer could be formed.In this study,ternary and quaternary Ta-W alloys containing Al and Ti were prepared by hot press sintering.The microstructures and oxidation behaviors of the alloys were studied at1173 K.The results show that the oxidation kinetics of all alloys follows a parabolic law at short oxidation periods.After cyclic oxidation,the kinetics of quaternary alloys still obeys the parabolic law but that of ternary alloy has been changed into linear law kinetics after 8-h oxidation.For ternary alloy,an outer layer with dense and continuous alumina was formed during the initial stage,and phase transformation caused the oxides to peel off.By comparison,the quaternary alloys depicted continuously solid solution of the oxides layer.Overall,Al and Ti played key roles in oxidation degree and affected the oxidation kinetics of ternary and quaternary alloys.展开更多
All-inorganic halide perovskite(IHP)has been deemed promising in photocatalysis due to tunable bandgap and long lifetime of charge carriers.However,unsatisfactory photocatalytic activity and low stability prevent its ...All-inorganic halide perovskite(IHP)has been deemed promising in photocatalysis due to tunable bandgap and long lifetime of charge carriers.However,unsatisfactory photocatalytic activity and low stability prevent its practical applications.Rational construction of heterojunctions has been proved to be an efficient way to circumvent these obstacles.Herein,g-C_(3)N_(4)nanosheet was employed to construct a 2D/2D(2D:two-dimensional)heterostructure with Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9)through an electrostatic self-assembly process.Owing to the efficient transfer of photogenerated charge carriers,the activity of Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9)was boosted with enhanced generation of carbon centered radicals.The optimized 10%Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9)/g-C_(3)N_(4)composite displays the highest benzaldehyde formation rate of 4.53 mmol·h^(−1)·g^(−1)under visible light,which is 41.8 and 2.3 times that of individual g-C_(3)N_(4)and Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9),respectively.The stability of Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9)nanosheets and its selectivity for benzaldehyde(from 65%of Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9)to 90%of the composite)was enhanced by reducing its surface energy and tuning the reaction pathway,respectively.展开更多
Objective:Constructing a prognostic model for gastric cancer(GC)based on cuproptosisrelated LncRNAs(CRLs)and predict the traditional Chinese medicine that regulate cuproptosis-related genes(CRGs).Methods:Clinical data...Objective:Constructing a prognostic model for gastric cancer(GC)based on cuproptosisrelated LncRNAs(CRLs)and predict the traditional Chinese medicine that regulate cuproptosis-related genes(CRGs).Methods:Clinical data and RNA-seq of 443 GC cases were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database,and CRLs were screened by Pearson analysis,Cox regression,and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)regression to construct a risk model to predict GC prognosis,and the nomogram was constructed by combining risk scores and clinical characteristics.The accuracy of the model was validated by the receiver operating characteristic curve,Kaplan-Meier curves and C-index.To assess the correlation of risk scores with immune infiltration,immune checkpoint gene expression and chemotherapy/targeted agents.The Coremine Medical database was applied to predict potential traditional Chinese medicine that regulate CRGs.Results:Risk models for GC were constructed based on the risk scores of seven CRLs(AP001107.9,VCAN-AS1,AC016394.2,LINC02675,AC100814.1,HAGLR,and LINC01094).The AUC of the risk model predicting 1-,3-,and 5-year survival in GC patients was 0.720,0.682,and 0.711,and its prognostic value was better than age,Grade classification,and TNM stage.The AUC of the risk model combining age and TNM stage to predict 1-year survival in GC patients was 0.793.The risk score correlated with the degree of enrichment of immune cells such as tumorinfiltrating lymphocytes and regulatory T cells and the expression of 22 immune checkpoint genes such as LAG3,ICOS,CD28,NRP1 and the sensitivity of 13 chemotherapeutic/targeted agents.There are 58 traditional Chinese medicine with potential regulatory effects on CRGs,mainly for clearing heat and detoxing,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain,which are mainly attributed to the liver,spleen and lung meridians.Spirulina and osthole have potential regulatory effects on FDX1,a key gene in the death mechanism of cuproptosis.Conclusions:A risk signature constructed based on seve展开更多
