The fractional Fourier transform is a generalization of the classical Fourier transform, which is introduced from the mathematic aspect by Namias at first and has many applications in optics quickly. Whereas its potential appears to have remained largely unknown to the signal processing community until 1990s. The fractional Fourier transform can be viewed as the chirp-basis expansion directly from its definition, but essentially it can be interpreted as a rotation in the time-frequency plane, i.e. the unified time-frequency transform. With the order from 0 increasing to 1, the fractional Fourier transform can show the characteristics of the signal changing from the time domain to the frequency domain. In this research paper, the fractional Fourier transform has been comprehensively and systematically treated from the signal processing point of view. Our aim is to provide a course from the definition to the applications of the fractional Fourier transform, especially as a reference and an introduction for researchers and interested readers. 展开更多

为了解决标准卫星共视法中存在的两个局限性:一是其完整的观测周期为16 min,只有13 min有观测数据,存在3 min观测间隙;二是数据事后交换处理模式,导致比对结果生成严重滞后,不满足实时性的要求。本文提出了一种改进的卫星共视法,改进的... 为了解决标准卫星共视法中存在的两个局限性:一是其完整的观测周期为16 min,只有13 min有观测数据,存在3 min观测间隙;二是数据事后交换处理模式,导致比对结果生成严重滞后,不满足实时性的要求。本文提出了一种改进的卫星共视法,改进的卫星共视法不使用国际权度局规定的共视跟踪表,而是采用时间频率连续比对的方法,以10 min(或其整数倍)作为一个观测周期,并同时对观测数据进行处理,当一个周期结束时,立即进入下一个观测周期,去除了标准卫星共视法中每个观测周期内的观测死区时间,增加了观测数据量,实现了时间频率的连续比对。最后,文中利用改进的卫星共视法研制了一套高精度远程时间频率校准系统,并与标准卫星共视法比对结果进行了对比分析,得出零基线情况下,改进的卫星共视法授时精度达到0.295 ns,与相同条件下标准卫星共视法比对结果 0.554 ns相比有了提高。另外,在长基线条件下,改进卫星共视法的授时精度达到3.12 ns,频率稳定度天稳达到8.24 e-14。 展开更多

Due to the non-stationary characteristics of vibration signals acquired from rolling element bearing fault, thc time-frequency analysis is often applied to describe the local information of these unstable signals smartly. However, it is difficult to classitythe high dimensional feature matrix directly because of too large dimensions for many classifiers. This paper combines the concepts of time-frequency distribution(TFD) with non-negative matrix factorization(NMF), and proposes a novel TFD matrix factorization method to enhance representation and identification of bearing fault. Throughout this method, the TFD of a vibration signal is firstly accomplished to describe the localized faults with short-time Fourier transform(STFT). Then, the supervised NMF mapping is adopted to extract the fault features from TFD. Meanwhile, the fault samples can be clustered and recognized automatically by using the clustering property of NMF. The proposed method takes advantages of the NMF in the parts-based representation and the adaptive clustering. The localized fault features of interest can be extracted as well. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, the 9 kinds of the bearing fault on a test bench is performed. The proposed method can effectively identify the fault severity and different fault types. Moreover, in comparison with the artificial neural network(ANN), NMF yields 99.3% mean accuracy which is much superior to ANN. This research presents a simple and practical resolution for the fault diagnosis problem of rolling element bearing in high dimensional feature space. 展开更多

电能质量评估通常以历史监测数据为分析基础,而规划阶段的电网运行数据难以获得,为定量评估含风电接入的电网规划方案的电能质量,在识别出风电功率波动是这类电网电能质量主要影响因素的基础上,提出了一种基于时-频域转换的频率质量评... 电能质量评估通常以历史监测数据为分析基础,而规划阶段的电网运行数据难以获得,为定量评估含风电接入的电网规划方案的电能质量,在识别出风电功率波动是这类电网电能质量主要影响因素的基础上,提出了一种基于时-频域转换的频率质量评估方法和一种基于小干扰稳定理论的电压质量评估方法。通过建立系统频率动态模型,采用时-频域转换方法求解风电功率扰动下的频率波动状况。推导了基于小干扰理论的节点电压波动与风电功率扰动间的函数关系,实现了根据扰动源数据直接评估电网规划方案的电能质量。本文提出的方法一定程度上消除了电能质量状况只能基于历史运行数据进行评估的限制。为电能质量指标用于电网规划方案评价进行了有益的探索。 展开更多

随着光钟研究的发展,光钟的稳定度和不确定度均达到10-18量级.通过光纤可以实现光钟频率信号的高精度传输,有望用于未来"秒"定义的复现.演示了百公里级实验室光纤上的光学频率传递.对于在实验室70 km光纤盘上实现的光频传递,... 随着光钟研究的发展,光钟的稳定度和不确定度均达到10-18量级.通过光纤可以实现光钟频率信号的高精度传输,有望用于未来"秒"定义的复现.演示了百公里级实验室光纤上的光学频率传递.对于在实验室70 km光纤盘上实现的光频传递,光纤相位噪声抑制在1—250 Hz傅里叶频率范围内均接近于光纤延时极限,对应传输稳定度(Allan偏差)为秒级稳定度1.2×10-15,10000 s稳定度为1.4×10-18.实验室100 km光纤的光频传递秒级稳定度也达到了5×10-15.提出了光纤噪声用户端补偿的方案,可以简化星形传递网络中心站的复杂度.在25 km光纤上演示了该传递方案,实现的传输稳定度接近传统前置补偿传递方案. 展开更多

The rotational seismic motions are estimated from one station records of the 1999 Jiji (Chi-Chi), Taiwan, earthquake based on the theory of elastic plane wave propagation. The time-frequency response spectrum (TFRS) of the rotational motions is calculated and its characteristics are analyzed, then the TFRS is applied to analyze the damage mechanism of one twelve-storey frame concrete structure. The results show that one of the ground motion components can not reflect the characteristics of the seismic motions completely; the characteristics of each component, especially rotational motions, need to be studied. The damage line of the structure and TFRS of ground motion are important for seismic design, only the TFRS of input seismic wave is suitable, the structure design is reliable. 展开更多

The imaging method of the mid-course missile is the key technique of the missile defense system.Because of the special precession character of the ballistic missile warhead,the inverse synthetic aperture radar method cannot realize phase compensation with the constant phase offset function,which leads to blurring of the image.In this paper,we propose a new narrowband radar imaging method for the precession cone-shaped targets.The method acquires the Doppler modulation of the precession target's scattering centers with high resolution time-frequency analysis method and extracts the Doppler parameter from the result of the time-frequency analysis with the general Radon transform,then reconstructs the scattering centers positions in the parameter domain.The experiment results with the anechoic chamber data of the representative cone-shaped object showed the effectiveness of the method. 展开更多

The primary objective of this paper is to develop output only modal identification and structural damage detection. Identification of multi-degree of freedom (MDOF) linear time invariant (LTI) and linear time variant (LTV--due to damage) systems based on Time-frequency (TF) techniques--such as short-time Fourier transform (STFT), empirical mode decomposition (EMD), and wavelets--is proposed. STFT, EMD, and wavelet methods developed to date are reviewed in detail. In addition a Hilbert transform (HT) approach to determine frequency and damping is also presented. In this paper, STFT, EMD, HT and wavelet techniques are developed for decomposition of free vibration response of MDOF systems into their modal components. Once the modal components are obtained, each one is processed using Hilbert transform to obtain the modal frequency and damping ratios. In addition, the ratio of modal components at different degrees of freedom facilitate determination of mode shape. In cases with output only modal identification using ambient/random response, the random decrement technique is used to obtain free vibration response. The advantage of TF techniques is that they arc signal based; hence, can be used for output only modal identification. A three degree of freedom 1:10 scale model test structure is used to validate the proposed output only modal identification techniques based on STFT, EMD, HT, wavelets. Both measured free vibration and forced vibration (white noise) response are considered. The secondary objective of this paper is to show the relative ease with which the TF techniques can be used for modal identification and their potential for real world applications where output only identification is essential. Recorded ambient vibration data processed using techniques such as the random decrement technique can be used to obtain the free vibration response, so that further processing using TF based modal identification can be performed. 展开更多

To fully extract and mine the multi-scale features of reservoirs and geologic structures in time/depth and space dimensions, a new 3D multi-scale volumetric curvature (MSVC) methodology is presented in this paper. We also propose a fast algorithm for computing 3D volumetric curvature. In comparison to conventional volumetric curvature attributes, its main improvements and key algorithms introduce multi-frequency components expansion in time-frequency domain and the corresponding multi-scale adaptive differential operator in the wavenumber domain, into the volumetric curvature calculation. This methodology can simultaneously depict seismic multi-scale features in both time and space. Additionally, we use data fusion of volumetric curvatures at various scales to take full advantage of the geologic features and anomalies extracted by curvature measurements at different scales. The 3D MSVC can highlight geologic anomalies and reduce noise at the same time. Thus, it improves the interpretation efficiency of curvature attributes analysis. The 3D MSVC is applied to both land and marine 3D seismic data. The results demonstrate that it can indicate the spatial distribution of reservoirs, detect faults and fracture zones, and identify their multi-scale properties. 展开更多

国家授时中心保持的协调世界时UTC(NTSC)(Coordinated Universal Time,National Time Service Center)与UTC的偏差保持在±10ns以内。为了使远程用户获得高精度的UTC(NTSC)时间频率信号,利用国家授时中心保持的UTC(NTSC)时... 国家授时中心保持的协调世界时UTC(NTSC)(Coordinated Universal Time,National Time Service Center)与UTC的偏差保持在±10ns以内。为了使远程用户获得高精度的UTC(NTSC)时间频率信号,利用国家授时中心保持的UTC(NTSC)时频信号和卫星共视时间比对方法,搭建了一套UTC(NTSC)远程复现系统,用于实现远程用户时间频率校准并能在远程恢复出UTC(NTSC)的时间频率信号。研究了基于UTC(NTSC)的时间频率远程复现方法,该方法基于改进的卫星共视法,可实现对用户本地参考时间与可视卫星钟的钟差进行连续实时监测,去除了传统共视时间传递方法中每个观测周期内的观测死时间;设计并实现了UTC(NTSC)远程复现系统,系统包括基准终端、配送终端和数据分析处理中心,基准终端测量UTC(NTSC)与可视卫星钟的钟差;配送终端测量本地原子钟与可视卫星钟的钟差,并在本地驾驭生成与UTC(NTSC)同步的时频信号;数据处理中心处理来自基准终端和配送终端的数据;评估了系统测量的不确定度,得出零基线条件下,系统授时精度达到0.8ns;另外,通过对各远程用户不同类型钟的驾驭情况,得出铯钟的频率测量天稳达到2.84×10-14,铷钟的频率测量天稳达到8.24×10-14。 展开更多

The resolution of seismic data is critical to seismic data processing and the subsequent interpretation of fine structures. In conventional resolution improvement methods, the seismic data is assumed stationary and the noise level not changes with space, whereas the actual situation does not satisfy this assumption, so that results after resolution improvement processing is not up to the expected effect. To solve these problems, we propose a seismic resolution improvement method based on the secondary time-frequency spectrum. First, we propose the secondary time-frequency spectrum based on S transform (ST) and discuss the reflection coefficient sequence and time-dependent wavelet in the secondary time frequency spectrum. Second, using the secondary time frequency spectrum, we design a two- dimensional filter to extract the amplitude spectrum of the time-dependent wavelet. Then, we discuss the improvement of the resolution operator in noisy environments and propose a novel approach for determining the broad frequency range of the resolution operator in the time- fi'equency-space domain. Finally, we apply the proposed method to synthetic and real data and compare the results of the traditional spectrum-modeling deconvolution and Q compensation method. The results suggest that the proposed method does not need to estimate the Q value and the resolution is not limited by the bandwidth of the source. Thus, the resolution of the seismic data is improved sufficiently based on the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). 展开更多

A time-frequency signal processing method for two-phase flow through a horizontal Venturi based on adaptive optimal-kernel (AOK) was presented in this paper.First,the collected dynamic differential pressure signal of gas-liquid two-phase flow was preprocessed,and then the AOK theory was used to analyze the dynamic differ-ential pressure signal.The mechanism of two-phase flow was discussed through the time-frequency spectrum.On the condition of steady water flow rate,with the increasing of gas flow rate,the flow pattern changes from bubbly flow to slug flow,then to plug flow,meanwhile,the energy distribution of signal fluctuations show significant change that energy transfer from 15-35 Hz band to 0-8 Hz band;moreover,when the flow pattern is slug flow,there are two wave peaks showed in the time-frequency spectrum.Finally,a number of characteristic variables were defined by using the time-frequency spectrum and the ridge of AOK.When the characteristic variables were visu-ally analyzed,the relationship between different combination of characteristic variables and flow patterns would be gotten.The results show that,this method can explain the law of flow in different flow patterns.And characteristic variables,defined by this method,can get a clear description of the flow information.This method provides a new way for the flow pattern identification,and the percentage of correct prediction is up to 91.11%. 展开更多

对毫秒脉冲星时间测量的理论、方法和技术研究的进展进行了阐述。根据近年来取得的观测研究结果,毫秒脉冲星计时测量误差~2×10-7秒,毫秒脉冲星自转周期稳定性足以和现代原子钟相媲美:其相对频率不稳定度达到1×10-14(1... 对毫秒脉冲星时间测量的理论、方法和技术研究的进展进行了阐述。根据近年来取得的观测研究结果,毫秒脉冲星计时测量误差~2×10-7秒,毫秒脉冲星自转周期稳定性足以和现代原子钟相媲美:其相对频率不稳定度达到1×10-14(1年≤γ≤5.2年),并可望更高。近年来,脉冲星计时观测系统的接收灵敏度获得很大改进,计时观测的数据采集、处理技术、脉冲到达时间分析模型研究等都有长足发展。通过综合脉冲星时间算法得到的脉冲星时间尺度将比现代原子时具有更高的长期稳定度。叙述了脉冲星的物理特性及有关计时观测系统的技术成果,如观测频率和带宽的选择,消色散和接收系统灵敏度等问题。最后对毫秒脉冲星时间测量的误差源进行了讨论,并对脉冲星时间尺度的应用前景做了展望。 展开更多
