摘要
FH -DS催化剂处理多种进口高硫柴油的试验表明 ,FH -DS催化剂对油品的适应性强 ,可以在较高空速、较低氢油比条件下生产硫的质量分数w (S) <3 0 0 μg g的低硫柴油 ;适当调整工艺条件 ,也可以生产 w(S) <3 0 μg g的超低硫柴油 ,完全可以满足炼厂生产低硫清洁柴油的需要。FH -DS催化剂工业应用结果表明 ,以w (S) 2 .3 8%的催化柴油和焦化柴油混合油为原料 ,在高分压力 6.5MPa、体积空速 1 .7h- 1 、反应器入口温度 3 1 3℃的条件下 ,精制柴油w (S) <3 0 0 μg g,脱硫率高达 98.7% ,具有良好的使用性能。
FH-DS is a high active deep HDS catalyst aiming for clean diesel production, Its low temperature HDS activity is 77 % higher than that of the other conventional diesel deep HDS catalysts. Pilot plant tests with high sulfur content diesel feeds illustrated the high activity and high feed adaptability of the catalyst. Diesel product with sulfur content lower than 300 μg/g could be achieved under high LHSV and low hydrogen/oil ratio. Via adjusting the operating conditions, ULSD of sulfur content lower than 30ppm could also be produced to meet the refiners' needs. Commercial run showed that feed of FCC diesel and coking diesel mixture with sulfur content of 2.38 % could be converted to a product of sulfur content lower than 300 μg/g under HPS pressure of 6.5 MPa, LHSV of 1.7 h -1 and inlet temperature of 313 ℃, the HDS conversion was as high as 98.7 %.
