摘要 分别利用光强对比度和功率谱密度作为激光束的振幅调制和位相畸变的定量描述参量 ,研究了在高功率条件下 ,三次谐波转换过程对激光光束质量的影响 。 By using the intensity contrast ratio and the power spectral density (PSD) as the quantitatively describing parameters of amplitude modulation and phase perturbation, respectively, the effect of third harmonics conversion on laser beam quality under high power condition has been studied. The transformation relation between the beam quality of fundamental field and tripling field has been discussed quantitatively.
