摘要
在实验室研制了噻二唑(DMTD)型银片腐蚀抑制剂,考察了该抑制剂对几种不同喷气燃料银片腐蚀的抑制效果。试验结果表明,该银片腐蚀抑制剂具有良好的抗腐蚀性、稳定性及配伍性,对银片腐蚀为1～4级的喷气燃料,加入0.1～5.0μg/g的该剂后银片腐蚀可达0级,且喷气燃料质量符合GB6537—94标准,对水分离指数、抗磨指数无影响,解决了喷气燃料银片腐蚀不合格问题。
A DMTD type inhibitor for silver strip corrosion of jet fuel was prepared in the laboratory. The influence of the inhibitor on silver strip corrosion of different jet fuels was investigated. The test result showed that the said inhibitor possessed good anti corrosion, stability and compatibility. The jet fuels (silver strip corrosion grade 1-4) with 0.1-5.0μg/g inhibitor could meet the GB6537—94 standard, and the silver strip corrosion could reach 0 grade. The inhibitor had no effect on water separation and antiwear indexes.
