摘要
本文抓住提灌站具有市场性与公益性的特征,从理论与实践相结合上,总结概括出市场经济下提灌站运行、发展的一般规律。以市场经济原理为指导,提出了深化提灌站改革的基本方法策略。
Grasping characteristic of market and commonweal, this paper summarizes run and development common rules of rural irrigating station from theory and practice in marking economics, puts forward basic methods and tactics.
