摘要 锌铝合金镀层钢丝具有比纯锌镀层钢丝耐蚀能力高的优点。介绍锌铝合金镀层的耐蚀机理 ,提出开发该产品的关键技术是牢固而均匀的镀层及其厚度控制 ,镀后拉拔的防刮伤及低松弛稳定化处理时防熔化。通过斜拉桥、悬索桥对镀锌产品性能要求的分析 ,指出桥梁缆索用锌铝合金钢丝可以先从普通松弛钢丝开始应用。 The Zn-Al alloy coat steel wire has higher anti-corrosion properties than the Zn-coat steel wire.The anti-corrosion principle of the Zn-Al alloy coat is introduced. The key technologies of developing this kind of product are put forward, which are firm and uniform coat and thickness control, anti-scrape in drawing after coating and anti-melt in low relaxation and stability treatment. By analyzing property requirements of Zn-coat steel wire for inclined stay bridge and hanging cable bridge, the Zn-Al alloy steel wire for the bridge cables using normal relaxation steel wire firstly is pointed out.
