摘要 国内欠平衡钻井普遍实施 ,要用到的旋转防喷器是关键设备 ,技术含量高。国内正进行一种旋转防喷器的研制 ,它的性能指标参照当前主流相关设备设计。研制旋转防喷器有几大难点 ,主要集中在密封胶芯、旋转动密封及轴承 ,各自的寿命满足实际应用是保证钻井施工安全的关键。通过大量的元件选型、设计、制造和试验的工作 ,特别是出厂前的大量模拟欠平衡试验 ,解决了这些关键问题。选用高技术含量的元件才能设计生产出高技术产品。费时费钱的大量的试验是该旋转防喷器获得初步成功的前题。 While underbalance drilling spreads greatly, rotating blowout preventer, as a kind of high technical product, is the crucial equipment to control well pressure. A new rotating blowout preventer has being manufactured and tested. It is designed referring to current main similar product in its main preferences. There are many difficulties during the new rotating blowout preventer's manufacture and test, they concentrate on spherical seal, dynamic seal and bearings. These different parts' work lives determine whether the rotating blowout preventer can run to complete its task. After compared and tested several kinds of parts worldwide many times during simulating underbalance drilling in plant, advanced parts are used in the new rotating blowout preventer to solve the problems above. So get advanced parts, make high technical products. The primary success of the new rotating blowout preventer is resulted from many tests that cost much of time.
