摘要
目的:探讨心律失常射频消融术(RFCA)术后患者焦虑抑郁情绪及心理、药物干预对其的影响。方法:收治心律失常RFCA术后发生焦虑抑郁情绪患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,所有病例均给予规范的心血管药物治疗,观察组在此基础上加用心理干预治疗。结果:观察组猝死、晕厥、心肌梗死、心律失常复发率显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑、抑郁情况改善显著好于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:药物联合心理干预治疗心律失常RFCA术后患者焦虑抑郁情绪效果优于常规治疗。
Objective:To investigate the anxiety and depression and the influence of fsychological and drug intervention in the patients with arrhythmia after RFCA.Methods:60 patients with anxiety and depression after RFCA operation were selected,they were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.All cases were treated with standard cardiovascular drugs,and the intervention group was treated with psychological intervention on that basis.Results:Sudden death,syncope,myocardial infarction,arrhythmia recurrence rate in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of anxiety and depression in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Drug combined with psychological intervention in treatment of anxiety and depression of patients with arrhythmia after RFCA,the effect is better than conventional therapy.
