摘要
选用中国春、云南铁壳麦、西藏半野生小麦、新疆稻麦、斯卑尔脱小麦等品种,对六倍体普通小麦的脆穗性状作了初步研究。结果表明:其脆穗性状传递关系不是单因子,并非表现为脆穗性对坚穗性为显性对隐性的简单传递关系;该性状可能受几对基因控制,且基因间存在互作效应。普通小麦脆穗性状的遗传系统很可能直接来源于其供体祖先种——四倍体小麦。
In this paper,the inheritance of briffle rachis and the non-brittle rachis of hexaploio wheat(T.aestivum L.) was studied. The results showed that the relationships between the briffle rachis and the non-briffte rachis nof only monogenic and not completely dominate. Maybe, more than two pairs of genes controlled this character, and the genes interacted with each other. The genetic system of this spike character of hexaploid wheat might originate from the tetraploid wheat (AABB).
