摘要
根据武钢第二、三炼钢厂和热轧厂的吊车、厂房结构特点研制出适合连铸坯热送热装生产的车辆用保温罩 ,它具有自重轻、保温性能好、适用性强和坚固耐用等特点 ,是连铸坯热送热装生产中提高热装温度的重要措施。
The temperature holding hoods used for continuous cast slab transferring vehicles are researched and developed in light of the structural characteristics of the cranes and factory buildings in the Hot Strip Rolling Mill,No.2 and No.3 Steel Plants of WISCO.The newly developed hoods are featured by their lightweight,excellent temperature holding capability,high adaptability and long service life.It is an important measure to raise the hot charging temperature in the process of hot-charging the continuous cast slab.
