摘要
该文介绍的研究是通过在一台高速直喷式柴油机上进行进气加热实验,得到了随发动机转速和负荷的不同进气加热对柴油机起动及暖车时蓝烟排放的影响,并找出采用进气加热时,柴油机暖机过程中蓝烟排放最低的工况.然后主要针对此工况,依据试验结果适当改变和调整了所采取的进气加热方案,通过对不同方案下的蓝烟排放进行比较,找到了此工况下最好的进气加热方案,最终确定了能够有效降低柴油机起动及暖车时蓝烟排放的控制方法.
The tests of heating inlet gas were carried out on a naturally aspirated direct injection diesel engine.The tests results showed the effect of heating inlet gas on blue smoke emission during warming-up in different operating condition and the operating condition with heating inlet gas when the blue smoke emission is minimum.As to the operating condition,some different heating schemes have been tested,then the best scheme was established.So the best strategy to reduce blue smoke emissions from diesel engine during warming-up is worked out.
