摘要 2011年住建部发布的相关文件,极大的推动了BIM技术在我国的应用,更多的施工企业开始将BIM技术作为投标合同的内容之一,以提高企业竞争力。CATIA作为BIM的核心建模软件之一,在飞机外形设计、盾构掘进机刀盘设计、机械产品的设计及装配等诸多领域成功应用,同时可为隧道工程精准建摸提供强大的平台支持,目前很少有针对高铁隧道复杂洞门精准建模的案例,本文以合福线凤凰山隧道洞门为例,利用洞门轮廓真实坐标值,提出了应用CATIA V5中Generative Shape Design和Part Design模块进行高铁隧道复杂洞门精准建模的具体方法,将对后期隧道空气动力效应分析、数值模拟、参数优化等工作有重要意义。 In 2011, the related documents issued by the department of housing construction have greatly promoted the application of BIM technology in China. More construction enterprises have begun to use BIM technology as one of the contents of the tender contract in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. As one of the core modeling software of BIM, CATIA has been successfully applied in many aspects, such as design of aircraft shape, design of cutter in shield tunneling machine, design and assembly of Mechanical product and so on, and it can provide powerful platform support for constructing three-dimensional model accurately in tunnel engineering.At present, there are rare cases of precise modeling of complex tunnel doors in high-speed railway. This paper is taking Feng Huang Shan tunnel door of Hefei-Fuzhou railway as an example, using the true coordinates of the profile on tunnel door. it proposes the concrete method of constructing three-dimensional model accurately of the complicated high-speed railway tunnel entrance by using generative shape design and part design of catia v5, it has important significance in the analysis of Tunnel aerodynamic effects, numerical simulation and parameter optimization on late stage.
