摘要
介绍了一种新型的特殊爪型干式真空泵的容积利用系数。根据啮合原理 ,提出了计算机模拟创成方法并同其它爪型干式真空泵的容积利用系数做出了比较。研究表明 ,特殊爪型干式真空泵与单爪型干式真空泵相比 ,在同样结构参数下 (泵腔尺寸或中心距 ) ,对于不同的形状系数 ,容积利用系数提高了 14 %~ 5 6 % ;特殊爪型干式真空泵与双爪型干式真空泵相比 ,在保证转子强度许可和同样结构参数 (泵腔尺寸或中心距 )下 ,对于不的形状系数 ,容积利用系数提高了 1.4 %~ 2 4 .4 %。所以 ,我们得出结论 ,(1)利用新型的特殊爪型转子 ,我们可以在结构尺寸相同时获得更大的抽速 ;(2 )本文提出的计算机模拟创成法 ,对于加快研制开发新的真空泵或压缩机转子型线 。
Volumetric efficiency of a new claw type dry vacuum pump was introduced. Using the meshing principle, we raise computer-simulated generation method and compare volumetric efficiency with other kind of claw type dry vacuum pump. By expreriment, at the same structure size and different shape coefficient, volumetric efficiency of especial claw type dry vacuum pump can increase by a factor of 14~56% to that of the single claw type vacuum pump, while the volumetric efficiency of especial claw type dry vacuum pump can increase by a factor of 1.4~24.4% to that of the double claw type vacuum pump. We can draw the conclusion that we can get larger pumping speed at the same structure size. What's more, computer-simulated generation method advanced in the paper brings a general way to develop and design more rotor profile of vacuum pump or gas compressor.
