摘要
目前在多灰烟气中,省煤器设计一般采用布置空间较大的顺列光管结构。然而,对已存在排烟温度偏高,省煤器磨损问题的锅炉,由于改造空间等条件的限制给这些问题的解决增加了难度。通过对蝶形肋片省煤器的产生过程、性能特点及应用前景的论述,说明了蝶形肋片省煤器是解决这类问题的一条有效途径。
In-line arrangement in economizers are usually used today,but in operating utility boilers, because of the limited arrangement space it is difficult to solve the problems of the higher exhaust temperature,plugging and flyash erosion. This paper discuses the basic design concepts and performance benefits of Butterfly fin surface,pointing out that it is an effective way of solving above problems.
