摘要
针对某款轻型客车进气噪声大的问题,通过试验测定是其空气滤清器的消声能力不满足要求,并确定出不符合要求的频率范围。在不改变空气滤清器主管道结构的前提下,对其内部进行分割,设计出4个谐振腔。对改进后的空气滤清器模型进行CFD仿真分析和试验验证,结果表明经过优化后的空气滤清器滤芯表面流体速度的稳定性与均匀性良好,其消声能力满足要求。
For a light bus with excessive high intake noise, test is carried out which shows that the silencing capacity of the air filter cannot meet the requirement and determines the range of non-conformity frequency. Four resonators are designed by incising the air filter without changing structure of the main pipes of the air filter. CFD simulation and experiments are carried out to the optimized air filter model. The results show good stability and uniformity of fluid through the surface of filter paper, and the silencing capacity meet requirement.
