摘要
阐述了金属板料拉胀成形工艺研究的一些新进展。新的拉胀成形工艺包括:垫层拉深工艺、粘性压力成形、多点成形、数控增量成形。对各种新工艺的特点及应用情况进行了讨论,并介绍了拉胀成形中工艺参数测定的一些新方法。
This paper introduces the new development of sheet - metal forming, Which includes lap - sheet drawing,viscous pressure forming, multi - point forming and CNC expanding forming. The characteristics and the application of the new tech nology are discussed. Some new ways of measuring parameters of sheet - metal forming are briefly introduced too.
