摘要 为了实现薄煤层安全、高效、少人甚至无人化开采,针对薄煤层开采装备水平差、能效低的现状,从薄煤层开采工艺、成套装备等方面进行了系统性研究,提出了薄煤层开采技术方案并进行了应用实践。通过降低巷道高度,加宽、加长采煤工作面,实现薄煤层开采工艺优化;研究应用切顶卸压留巷技术,实现无煤柱开采;研制了新型的自动化装备并进行了应用,实现薄煤层开采装备国产化。经实践应用表明,通过研制高可靠性的装备,并进行工作面优化,形成科学有序的采煤工艺,工作面人员减少2/3以上,实现了薄煤层安全高效开采。 In order to realize a safety,high efficient,less personnel or unmanned mining in thin seam,according to the poor thin seam min-ing equipment level and low energy efficiency status,a systematic study was conducted from the thin seam mining technique,complete equipment and other aspects.The thin seam mining technology plan was provided and was applied to the practices.With the gateway height reduced and the coal mining face widened and lengthened,the thin seam mining technique was optimized.The roof cutting,pressure re-leased and gateway retained technology was studied and applied to realize a pillarless mining.The new coal mine automation equipment was researched,developed and applied,the nationalization of thin seam mining equipment was realized.The practice application of thin seam mining technology and complete equipment showed that the complete equipment was high in reliability,the mining face was optimized,the thin seam mining technique was scientific in sequence,the personnel worked in the thin seam mining face were reduced over 2/ 3 and safe-ty and high efficient thin seam mining was realized.
