摘要
研究了O.D.S.填充柱,纯水流动相,尿苷为内标和UV-210nm检测定量二氯二氨合铂(Ⅱ)(顺铂)和顺式-1,1-环丁二羧酸二氨合铂(Ⅱ)(碳铂)的方法。不同的O.D.S.填充柱都能适用于这一分析。顺铂、碳铂及其杂质的回归方程的相关系数都大于0.999,可用归一化百分计算法算出各自的含量。用此方法测定顺铂和碳铂的回收率分别为100.29%和99.86%,相对变异系数分别为0.9%和0.8%(n=5),检出限4.4和4.3ng/ml。
The determination of cis-diaminedichloro platinum (Ⅱ) (cisplatin) and cis-diamine-1, 1-cyclobutyldicarboxylato platinum (Ⅱ) (carboplatin) has been studied with reversed-phase liquid chromatography of O. D. S. packed column, pure water as mobile phase, uridine as internal standard species and UV-210 nm detection. The different O. D. S. packed column are suitable to this analysis. Because of the correlation coefficients of regressive analysis for cisplatin, carboplatin and their impurities are all more than 0.999, the normalized percent calculation method can be applied to their determination. By using this method, cisplatin and carboplatin are determined with recovery of 100.29% and 99.86%, relative standard diviation of 0.9% and 0.8% (n=5), detection limit of 4.4 ng/ml and 4.3 ng/ml respectively.
