摘要
本文对陶瓷的超塑性有关问题进行了论述.陶瓷超塑性可分为转变超塑性和微颗粒超塑性.后者依材料流动形式不同又分为由液相引起和由晶界滑移引起的超塑性.先进陶瓷的超塑性机理乃是伴有调节机制共同作用的晶界滑移. 本文还对陶瓷超塑性的影响因素作了讨论,并扼要阐述了超塑性的意义.
This paper describes the superplasticity in ceramics.It can be divided into two main groups:transformational superplasticity and micrograin superplasticity.For the latter,there are two different types,attributed to liquid phase at grain boundary and grain boundary sliding respectively.The superplastic mechanism of advanced ceramics is grain boundary sliding in conjunction with accommodation mechanisms.The factors affecting ceramic superplasticity are discussed.The significance of superplasticity is also reviewed briefly.
