摘要
自我效能感是指个体对自己能否胜任某项活动的自信程度,为了探讨大学生自我效能感与职业选择之间的关系,研究采用了一般自我效能感量表及职业测量问卷,对470名大学毕业生的一般自我效能感及职业选择进行了测量。结果表明:一般自我效能感总体处于较高水平,但各层级间差异显著,在性别、学校维度差异非常显著(P【0.05),而在生源、独生、专业等维度差异不显著,此外,自我效能感还与职业选择的能力、信念呈显著正相关,与心理因素呈显著负相关。
Self-efficacy is the degree of self-confidence whether individual can be competent for some activity. The present study examines the relationship between occupational selections and self-efficacy of college graduates by GSES(General Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale) and questionnaire on occupation.The results indicates:The whole situation of college students’ self-efficacy are above the average level,distinct differences appear in sex factors and school level(P<0.05),while the differences in zone,single child and major are not evident.The self-efficacy is negatively related with mental factors,while it is positively related with the belief and ability of job selection.
