摘要
近年来,我国农产品冷链物流得到较快发展,其标准初步建立、农产品冷链物流基础设施得到改善、需求稳步增长,有效提升了我国农产品物流配送水平。但冷链物流基础设施建设依然比较落后、其建设资金投入明显不足、农产品冷链物流体系尚未形成、农产品冷链物流信息化程度较低。应通过加大农产品冷链物流基础建设和信息化建设投入、加快建设完善的农产品冷链网络体系、加强农产品冷链物流新技术研发应用等措施,进一步推动我国农产品冷链物流发展。
In recent years, the agricultural cold chain logistics of China has developed rapidly, and the standard has been preliminarily established, the infrastructure has been improved, and the demand was steadily growing, which has effectively improved the agricultural logistics delivery level of China. However, the infrastructure of cold chain logistics was still lagged, the construction fund was obviously insufficient, the agricultural cold chain logistics system has not been completed, and the agricultural cold chain logistics informatization degree was lower. We should further improve the agricultural cold chain logistics development by enlarging the infrastructure construction input and informatization construction input, accelerating to build perfect agricultural cold chain network system, enhancing new technology R&D and applications.
