摘要
回顾国内外胜任能力模型,以胜任能力模型为理论基础,对传统培训课程体系进行了分析。通过访谈法、问卷调查法、标杆法等方法构建了H公司胜任能力模型。并以胜任能力中的核心胜任能力和领导力为出发点,构建出公司的管理能力培训体系和课程。
This paper reviews the competency models at home and abroad, and based on the competency model, analyses the traditional training curriculum system. Through interviews,questionnaires, benchmarking and other methods, the competency model of H company is constructed.Based on the core competence and leadership of competency, the training system and curriculum of management competence of the company are constructed.
