低温下混凝土孔隙规律分析

摘要 为了揭示低温下不同强度混凝土孔隙结构的变化,为普通混凝土在低温下的孔隙演变构建理论框架。试验采用核磁共振检测设备,重点测试混凝土试件的孔隙度、T2谱图、主峰面积等孔隙结构特征参数。试验结果表明:普通混凝土试件在不同温度下T2谱图呈现三峰的波动状态;随着温度的降低,不同强度的混凝土试件的T2谱图波峰都会向左移动;混凝土试件的孔隙度也随着温度的降低而降低;第一个峰的峰面积远大于另外两个峰的峰面积;低温冻结下,C30、C40、C50混凝土孔径分布在0.001~1μm范围内居多,微小孔隙和中孔占比95%以上。 In order to reveal the changes in the pore structure of concrete of different strengths at low temperatures and construct a theoretical framework for pore evolution of plain concrete at low temperatures,tested with NMR testing equipment,focusing on the pore structure characteristic parameters such as porosity,T2 spectra,and main peak area of concrete specimens,the test results show that T2 spectra of plain concrete specimens at different temperatures show fluctuations of three peaks;as the temperature decreases,the wave peaks of the T2 spectra of concrete specimens of different strengths shift to the left;the porosity of the concrete specimens also decreased with decreasing temperature;the peak area of the first peak is much larger than the peak areas of the other two peaks;under low-temperature freezing,the pore size distribution of C30,C40,and C50 concrete is predominantly in the range of 0.001~1μm;more than 95%are micropores and mesopores.
