摘要
文章针对某车型高寒试验中出现的组合仪表不工作问题进行剖析。在问题分析过程中,从软件和硬件两方面出发,以鱼骨图的形式排查问题原因,针对所有可能触发该问题的原因逐条试验并进行问题复现,最终锁定为单片机供电电路设计缺陷导致。在问题解决过程中,根据单片机的使用要求提出整改方案,更改仪表硬件电路,最终成功解决该问题。
This paper analyzes the non-working problem of the combined instrument in the high cold test of a certain vehicle type.In the process of problem analysis,starting from both software and hardware,the cause of the problem was investigated in the form of fishbone diagram.According to all the possible causes of the problem,the problem was tested and repeated one by one,and the fault was finally identified as the design defect of the SCM power supply circuit.In the process of solving the problem,according to the use of single-chip microcomputer requirements,put forward the rectification plan,change the instrument hardware circuit,and finally make the problem successfully solved.
