摘要
当前新能源汽车高速发展。动力电池系统是电动汽车的关键零部件,其安全性、可靠性和耐久性至关重要,决定着整车的性能。电池箱体作为动力电池的载体,在动力电池安全工作和防护方面起着关键作用。电池箱体的设计需要充分考虑力学稳定性、材料性能、焊接连接可靠性、密封性等方面。在外部设计方面,吊耳、边框的设计既要考虑轻量化,又要考虑强度,保证承载能力与整车碰撞安全性能。在内部设计方面,底板的设计既要考虑承载电芯的重量强度,又要考虑与液冷板的配合。同时箱盖的密封面设计也至关重要。本文将从以上几点做简要说明分析。
The current rapid development of new energy vehicle.The power battery system is a key component of electric vehicles.The safety,reliability,and durability are crucial,determining the performance of the entire vehicle.The battery box serves as a carrier for power battery,plays a crucial role in the safe operation and protection of power battery.The design of battery casing needs to fully consider mechanical stability,material properties,welding connection reliability,sealing,and other aspects.In external design,the design of suspension ears and frames should consider both lightweight and strength to ensure safe load-bearing and vehicle collision.In internal design,the design of the bottom plate should consider not only the weight and strength of the battery cells,but also the coordination with the liquid cooling plate.The design of the sealing surface of the box cover is also crucial,this article will provide a brief explanation and analysis from the above points.
