走进量子点的奇妙世界

Exploring the Fascinating Realm of Quantum Dots

摘要 量子点材料,由于其受激发光、发射半峰宽窄、发光颜色连续可调等优良的性能,近些年来受到人们越来越多的关注,并拓展了很多相关方面的研究。本文从材料元素组成的角度简单介绍了量子点的类型及其在LED、太阳能电池、生物医用以及重金属离子检测等领域的应用。 Quantum dot materials have garnered increasing attention in recent years due to their excellent properties,such as stimulated emission,narrow emission half-peak width,and continuously adjustable luminous colors.This article provides a brief overview of quantum dots,categorizing them based on the composition of material elements,and explores their applications in LED technology,solar cells,biomedical uses,and heavy metal ion detection.
