摘要
我国秸秆资源丰富,随着环保意识的提升和科学技术的发展,秸秆的利用途径呈现出多元化趋势,但利用率依旧较低。即使秸秆作为饲料使用也只有18%,不到1/5。因此本文主要对秸秆成分、秸秆发酵转化的工艺技术和原理以及秸秆饲料对畜禽的应用影响与评价等进行综述,以期进一步推动秸秆饲料在畜牧业的生产应用。
Straw resources are abundant in China.With the improvement of environmental protection awareness and the development of science and technology,the utilization of straw shows a diversified trend,but the utilization rate is still low.Even straw used as feed is only 18%,less than a fifth.Therefore,the straw composition,straw fermentation and transformation technology and principle,and straw feed on livestock application and evaluation were reviewed in this paper,in order to further promote the production of straw feed in animal husbandry.
