摘要
目前腹腔镜手术在普外科得到广泛应用,但由于视野、触觉等限制问题,术中对于结直肠肿瘤定位精准性的要求进一步提高。根据各类定位手段的适用范围、准确率、技术难题等综合分析不同状况的选用优劣,同时提出重点技术的未来发展前景。
At present,laparoscopic surgery has been widely used in the general surgery department,but due to the limitations of visual field and touch,the requirements for the accuracy of colorectal tumor localization have been further improved.According to the scope of application,accuracy and technical problems of various positioning means,the advantages and disadvantages of different situations are comprehensively analyzed,and the future development prospects of key technologies are proposed.
