沿海地区线性工程围挡防风加固新技术应用

摘要 目前我国许多水利和市政工程采用“半幅占道施工,半幅通车”的施工方法,通过占道审批手续后进行围蔽施工。由于施工范围较窄,开挖或吊装作业等施工过程需要占用道路,而台风季节频繁侵扰沿海城市,对于这种涉及占道施工的线性工程,需要考虑施工围蔽较窄的局限性和台风天气对施工的影响。特别是在市区作业,如果围挡大面积损坏或倒塌,会影响行车的安全和城市市容、企业形象。因此,需要在围蔽施工期间加强安全管理、加强稳固围挡等方面的工作。 At present,many water conservancy and municipal projects in our country adopt the construction method of half occupied road construction,half open to traffic.After passing the approval procedures for road occupation,enclosure construction is carried out.After enclosure,the width of the available road is often narrow.For construction that requires excavation or lifting operations,the enclosed construction area of road occupation is more limited,and coastal cities are also frequently affected by typhoons during the typhoon season.For this type of linear engineering that extensively involves road occupation construction,it is necessary to consider not only the limitations of narrow construction enclosures,but also the impact of typhoon weather on construction,especially in urban areas.If the enclosures are damaged and collapsed in large areas due to typhoon intrusion,it will not only affect the safety of driving,but also affect the city's appearance and corporate image.
