摘要
为改善混合动力汽车在低温环境下(-30-0℃)电池过流以及驾驶性,以SP+P4(串并联四驱系统)拓扑结构为研究对象,提出一套在满足用户低温舒适性需求前提下,确保电池不会发生过充过放的解决方案。首先,为了避免电池出现长时间过充过放,文章通过预测电池实际功率变化趋势,提前将电池短时功率边界快速收窄,达到限制驾驶员需求功率的目的。其次,为了避免电池短时功率快速变化影响用户驾驶感受,平滑缓慢调节电池长时功率边界,使前后电机需求功率在边界上平稳变化。最后,通过滤波减缓增程器发电功率抖动,使系统功率边界不出现抖动和过充过放的情况,保证满足驾驶员舒适性需求。
In order to improve the battery overcurrent and drivability of hybrid electric ve⁃hicles in low temperature environment,the series and parallel four-wheel drive(SP+P4)topology is taken as the research object.A set of solutions are proposed to ensure that the battery does not over⁃charge or overdischarge under the premise of meeting the user's low temperature driving require⁃ments.First of all,in order to avoid long-term overcharge and overdischarge of the battery,by pre⁃dicting the variation trend of the actual battery power,the short-time power boundary of the battery is rapidly narrowed in advance to achieve the purpose of limiting the driver's power demand.Secondly,in order to avoid the battery short time power rapidly change affect users driving experience,battery long time power boundary smoothing decline,so that the front and rear motor torque changes smoothly.Lastly,it is necessary to reduce the power jitter of the extender by filtering,so that the power boundary of the system does not jitter and the battery does not overcharge and overdischarge,the comfort requirements of the driver are satisfied.
