摘要
为提升门式起重机的力学性能,使用有限元方法分析门式起重机的力学特性。确定门式起重机的基础结构与材料,将其基本参数输入到有限元软件CATIA V5R20中,通过构建并精简几何模型、单元选取、网格划分、边界约束,完成门式起重机有限元模型的构建。试验结果显示,改进后的门式起重机力学性能更佳,能够降低材料成本,提高工程质量。
In order to improve the mechanical properties of gantry crane,the finite element method is used to analyze the mechanical properties of gantry crane.The basic structure and materials of gantry crane were determined,and its basic parameters were input into the finite element software CATIA V5R20.The gantry crane finite element model was constructed by constructing and simplifying the geometric model,element selection,mesh division and boundary constraints.The test results show that the improved gantry crane has better mechanical properties,can reduce the material cost and improve the engineering quality.
