摘要
基于黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的协同作用机制框架,从理论上分析生态保护和高质量发展的相互作用机制,运用收敛模型分析黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的协同性水平差异.研究发现:黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展相互促进、协同发展;2者关联紧密,一直处在耦合度高、协同度低的低水平耦合阶段,协同发展水平相对较低,整体呈现上游地区较低、中游地区一般、下游地区相对较高的分布格局,但有明显的阶段特征;虽然各地区生态保护和高质量发展的协同性水平有明显的差异,但全流域及上、中、下游均存在协同度水平低的地区赶超协同度水平高的地区的趋势.
Based on synergy mechanism framework of ecological protection and high-quality development in Yellow River Basin,the interaction mechanism between ecological protection and high-quality development is theoretically analyzed.The study finds that ecological protection and high-quality development in Yellow River Basin promote each other and develop in coordination;these two are closely related,and have always been in low-level coupling stage with high coupling and low coordination,and the level of coordinated development is relatively low.The overall distribution pattern presents relatively low in upstream area,general in middle area,and relatively high in downstream area,but there are obvious stage characteristics.Although there are obvious differences in the level of synergy between ecological protection and high-quality development in various regions,the whole basin and upstream,middle and downstream areas have the trend of regions with low level of synergy to catch up with regions with high level of synergy.
