摘要
目的探讨基于(Emergency Intensive Care Unit,EICU)为平台创伤中心救治模式应用于严重多发伤患者的效果.方法选取恩施市中心医院2021年5月-2023年6月收治的213例严重多发伤患者,根据入院时间及救治方式不同分为两组:2021年5月-2022年5月为对照组,2022年6月-2023年6月为观察组.对照组患者106例,使用传统专科救治模式进行急救.观察组患者107例,使用基于急症重症监护室EICU为平台创伤中心救治模式进行急救.比较两组患者急症救治时间、入院-确定性治疗启动时间、ICU住院时间、早期病死率、患者入院3周损伤程度及患者出院后3个月预后情况.结果观察组患者急症救治时间长于对照组,ICU住院时间、入院-确定性治疗启动时间短于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者早期病死率、入院3周损伤程度、出院3个月预后情况优于对照组(P<0.05).结论基于EICU为平台创伤中心救治模式应用于严重多发伤患者可有效提高救治效率,尽快启动确定性治疗,提高急救效果,促进患者恢复.
Objective To explore the effectiveness of applying the trauma center treatment model based on EICU platform to patients with severe multiple injuries.Method 213 patients with severe multiple injuries admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups based on admission time and treatment methods:the control group from May 2021 to May 2022,and the observation group from June 2022 to June 2023.There were 106 patients in the control group who received emergency treatment using traditional specialized treatment methods.107 patients in the observation group received emergency treatment using the Emergency Intensive Care Unit(EICU)as the platform trauma center treatment mode.Compare the emergency treatment time,admission certainty treatment initiation time,ICU hospitalization time,early mortality rate,degree of injury within 3 weeks of admission,and prognosis at 3 months after discharge between two groups of patients.Result The total emergency treatment time of the observation group patients was longer than that of the control group,and the ICU hospitalization time and admission certainty treatment initiation time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The early mortality rate,degree of injury at 3 weeks of admission,and prognosis at 3 months after discharge of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the trauma center treatment model based on EICU as a platform for patients with severe multiple injuries can effectively improve treatment efficiency,initiate definitive treatment as soon as possible,improve emergency effectiveness,and promote patient recovery.
