摘要
某增压站配套发动机润滑油补给系统存在油位自动控制功能异常问题,基于油位控制工作原理,从分析油位控制器平衡管设置、润滑油预热循环管路设计等方面入手,对润滑油补给系统油位控制功能故障,进行了系统研究,提出了针对性的改进措施:将润滑油预热循环管路与润滑油补给管路独立,从而避免预热器回油反压油位控制器;同时将油位控制器原平衡管尺寸增大为1/2 inch,降低因平衡管尺寸过小无法完全平衡油位控制器与曲轴箱间压差的风险。整改后的润滑油补给系统油位控制功能恢复正常,发动机不再出现润滑油低液位停机故障,该实践为增压机组类似补油系统优化改进提供参考借鉴。
To deal with the abnormal function of oil level controller for the engine lubricant supply system of a gas booster station,based on the working principle of oil level controller,starting from analyzing the design of equalizing pipe for the oil level controller,and lubricant preheating circulation pipeline,a systematic study was conducted on the oil level control function failure of the lubricating oil supply system,and targeted improvement measures have been proposed.The lubricant preheating circulation pipeline with the lubricant supply pipeline was separated to avoid preheater return oil pressurized level controller.Meanwhile,the size of the equalizing line for the oil level controller was increased to 1/2 inch to avoid the differential pressure between the oil level controller and the crankcase that cannot be fully balanced due to the small size of the balance pipe.After the rectification,the oil level controller returned to normal,the engine will no longer experience low lubricating oil level shutdown faults.The practice has reference significance for the optimization and improvement of similar lubricant supply system in natural gas booster unit.
