摘要
针对为燃气涡轮动力装置自主设计的离心式燃油喷嘴开展了试验研究工作,研究了其流量、锥角、粒径特性,以验证燃油喷嘴的性能是否满足设计需求。研究结果表明:流量相比设计值偏小,锥角、粒径满足设计需求。针对出现的问题,提出了离心式喷嘴的改进设计方案。
Aiming at the centrifugal fuel nozzle independently designed for gas turbine power unit,experimental research work was carried out,including flow rate,cone angle and particle size characteristics,to verify whether the performance of the fuel nozzle meets the design requirements.The results show that the flow rate is smaller than the design value,and the cone angle and particle size meet the design requirements.In view of the problems,an improved design scheme of centrifugal nozzle is put forward.
