摘要 智能决策将取代传统决策,成为政府治理决策的主要模式。智能决策的不确定性和复杂性使得政府控制导向的行为模式难以为继,行政智能决策亟待人工智能人才掌控局面。然而,现有研究关于行政智能决策的人工智能人才培养相对匮乏。本文运用文献法、归纳法及演绎法等,分析了我国行政智能决策的人工智能人才培养现状及困境,并结合主要发达国家相关经验为我国行政智能决策的人工智能人才培养提出三点建议:一是发挥政府主导作用,建立健全行政智能决策人才培养制度;二是推动教育和实践相结合,着力构建高校行政智能决策人才培养体系;三是促进产教科教深度融合,建立多主体联动的行政智能决策人才培养机制。 Intelligent decision-making will replace traditional decision-making as the main mode of government governance decision-making.The uncertainty and complexity of intelligent decision-making make it difficult for government control-oriented behavior patterns to continue,and administrative intelligent decision-making urgently needs artificial intelligence talents to take control of the situation.However,existing research on the training of artificial intelligence talents for administrative intelligent decision-making is relatively scarce.This article uses literature review,induction,deduction,and other methods to analyze the current situation and challenges of talent training for administrative intelligent decision-making in China,and combines the relevant experiences of major developed countries to propose three suggestions pertaining to artificial intelligence talent training for administrative intelligent decision-making in China.Firstly,it is necessary to establish and improve the system construction of an administrative intelligent decision-making talent team that plays the leading role of the government.Secondly,in an effort to create a talent training system for administrative intelligent decision-making,it is advantageous to support the integration of practice and education.Lastly,it is critical to create a multi-agent linkage administrative intelligent decision-making talent training program to reinforce the close ties between industry,science and education.
