基于FPGA的可变带宽调相信号发生器设计

摘要 宽带信号是一种通信领域常用的信号,DSSS原理的扩频bpsk又是一种常用的扩展频带的调相方式,论文研究了pn码和二进制相移键控调制的原理,同时设计了以FPGA为核心的硬件电路,包括电源、时钟和存储等部分。编写了可编程控制器的程序,包括具体算法和相互间的通信。完成了可变带宽调相信号发生器的设计,信号发生器生成信号带宽较宽,信号pbrs阶数可选,从2阶到25阶。信号宽度可变化,最高可达100MHz,此时载波可到3GHz。载波频率可变,在40MHz带宽时最高可达4.1GHz。有四种调相方式可选。用户可根据需要输入相应信息进行调制。设计的输出信号具有灵活性。输出信号非常稳定,并且可以在较高频率的载波上进行调制。相比于常见的信号发生器,更加灵活,不仅可以输出窄带信号还可以输出宽带调制信号。可以替代一些宽带调制模块,可以用与高频短波等通信领域,也可用于平时测量和实验过程中为其他设备提供信号。 Broadband signal is a kind of signal commonly used in communication field,and spread spectrum bpsk based on DSSS principle is also a kind of phase modulation method commonly used in extended frequency band.This paper studies the princi⁃ple of pn code and binary phase shift keying modulation,and designs the hardware circuit with FPGA as the core,including power supply,clock and storage.The program of PLC is compiled,including the specific algorithm and the communication between them.The design of variable bandwidth phase modulation signal generator is completed.The signal generated by the signal generator has a wide bandwidth,and the pbrs order of the signal can be selected from order 2 to order 25.The signal width can vary up to 100MHz,and the carrier can reach 3GHz at this time.The carrier frequency is variable and can reach 4.1 GHz at 40 MHz bandwidth.There are four phase modulation modes available.Users can input corresponding information for modulation as required.The designed out⁃put signal is flexible.The output signal is very stable and can be modulated on a carrier with a higher frequency.Compared with the common signal generator,it is more flexible and can output not only narrowband signals but also wideband modulated signals.It can replace some broadband modulation modules,can be used in communication fields such as high frequency and short wave,and can also be used to provide signals for other equipment during normal measurement and experiment.
